Unmanageable

ok so I find it unmanagable to have two blogs. yes, that's right. what started as a whim resulted in my friend christine in NYC asking if we could do a joint blog (west coast/east coast) sort of thing. so i said, sure. and now, if i don't post to *that* blog (http://westside2davillage.blogspot.com) i get a text message saying that i owe a post. which incidentally is exactly why i reluctantly agreed to do it anyway. it is a good distraction though so we'll see how it goes. for a nice simpsonized me, please visit the other blog :-)

in other news, i am not going to work today which is GREAT! i have some appointments in the afternoon (today I am going for my first accupunture visit - yes, i know...what has become of me?), and am awaiting a shipment of a case of wine, AND best, I am nearly wrapped up with my current project, so I decided that working from home would be the best. Yippee!

would it be so wrong to wear flip flops around the office all day? i left my real shoes in the car.....dang. better go get them.

this is a whim

so tonight, I am sitting at home minding my own business when v gasps, so I ask what, and she turns her laptop to show me that our old boss has updated his blog. Whoop-de-doo. So then, I asked her -- 'what does youdo? just choose random blogs to read each night?' (because it isn't something i would think to do) and yes, yes, in fact she does. so then, I remembered that i used to have a blog when I studied in barcelona. and then i found it and after many tries, i was able to log in and here we are. this may be my only posting, but i am feeling very motivated right now.

oooh and i made banana bread tonight. it smells delicious! yummm.
